Let me help you get your gear working right! I encourage you to contact me in advance with details about your project to help manage surprises. There are things, and brands, that I won’t or can’t work on due to lack of manufacturer support or repair documentation (Bose products are a good example). Please be sure its worth repairing! If you bought it on that jungle rainforest site for cheap, and you’re hoping for a cheap repair, sorry. Repairs are best suited for equipment that was built to last and to be worked on.

If you’re ready to invest in a repair, here are the details:

Repair costs

• $75 bench fee is required at time of equipment drop off. This fee covers the cost of evaluating the unit and up to one hour of repair time. After the first hour, labor is billed at $50/hour. Many repairs can be completed during that first hour.
• If parts are required, or if the repair takes more than one hour, I’ll provide you with a comprehensive estimate and a plan because we both want to know what to expect. But be aware that repairs often happen in stages, and surprises can happen…
• Please contact me first so that we can arrange for pickup and drop off. I’m not always at the shop.
• Bronze picks are $45 + shipping
• Design, modeling and casting services are custom. Please contact for details.
